Habanero Lime Margarita
A good margarita with a mildly spicy bite and pronounced lime flavor from the Monin syrup.

• 1 part Patron Silver tequila, 3 parts Mr. & Mrs. T's sweet & sour. Pour ingredients over ice and add a good drizzle of Monin habanero lime syrup and the juice from half a lime.
   

Wildberry Margarita
This margarita incorporates sweet Wildberry fruit puree.

• 1 part Patron Silver tequila, 3 parts Mr. & Mrs. T's sweet & sour. Pour ingredients over ice and add a good drizzle of Monin Wildberry Fruit Puree and the juice from half a lime.

Agave Nectar Margarita
This is an excellent recipe for a good, classic margarita.

• 1 part Tierras Organic Blanco tequila, 3 parts simple syrup made with agave nectar (50% agave nectar/50% water). Pour the ingredients over ice and add the juice from half a lime.

Tropical Mojito
Mojitos are really the it drink of the last few years in large part, thanks to the bartender flare that goes in to making them. Disney's used mango rum and pineapple juice for their sweet tropical variation.

• Place 5 to 6 fresh mint leaves in the bottom of the glass, add a good drizzle of agave nectar and gently muddle for a few seconds. You're not looking for a pulp, just to gently bruise the mint to let out some of the essential oils contained within. If you don't have a muddling stick, crush the leaves tightly in your hand and tear each leaf into about 4 pieces for a similar effect. Add ice and then pour in; 1 part Cruzan Mango rum, 2 parts pineapple juice, 1 part soda water (don't substitute sprite for this one or it'll be too sweet.) This drink works well in a small pitcher.

Power-Berry Mojito

Superfruit Martini
Pronounced blueberry and pomegranate flavors combine with tart cranberry juice for a unique twist on a cosmopolitan.

• 2 parts Van Gogh Acai-Blueberry vodka, 1 part Stirrings Pomegranate liqueur (or easier to find Pama), 2 parts cranberry juice. Pour ingredients over ice in a shaker and add a good drizzle of agave nectar. Shake and strain into a martini glass.

Berri Bramble
Sweet chambord blackberry liqueur and Absolut Acai Vodka are cut with tart lemon to bring you a well balanced and very unique martini.

• 2 parts Absolut Berri Acai vodka, 1 part Chambord, 2 parts simple syrup made with agave nectar (50% agave nectar/50% water). Pour ingredients over ice in a shaker and add the juice of half a lemon (no seeds please). Shake and strain into a martini glass.

Antioxidant Cocktail
Feeling overly oxidized? Or need oxidization?....Which one would an antioxidant do again? Either way, lots of top shelf fruit flavored liquor and Monin Lychee syrup will surely cure what ails you.

• 1 part Stirrings Pomegranate Liqueur, 1 part Finlandia Wild Berries vodka, 1 part Absolut Berri Acai vodka, 2 parts soda water, 1 part Monin Lychee Syrup. Pour ingredients over ice and add the juice from half a lemon.

Raspberry Rain
Fresh Raspberries top off grape hibiscus vodka and chambord for an elegant cocktail that's perfect for sipping.

• 2 parts Rain Organics Red Grape Hibiscus vodka, 1 Chambord, 2 parts Monin Lychee Syrup, 2 parts soda water. Pour ingredients over ice, add the juice from half a lemon and 3 fresh raspberries and serve.

Tropical Ginger Lemonade
Pineapple vodka and ginger syrup will make for a hard lemonade that might make Mike a little jealous.

• 1 part SKYY Infusions Pineapple vodka, 3 parts Minute Maid lemonade, 1 part ginger Monin. Pour ingredients over ice and drizzle grenadine to finish.

Fountain of Youth

Acai vodka and pomegranate liqueur...I'm feeling a little younger already.

Superfruit Margarita

Pear Martini
Disney's paired (get it?) Hendrick's cucumber flavored gin, and smooth 12 year old bourbon with sweet pear nectar to bring you a delicous, smooth martini.

• 1 part Hendrick's gin, 1 part Glenfiddich 12 yr. Bourbon, 1 part Monin pear nectar, 1 part simple syrup made with agave nectar (made with 50% water/50% agave nectar). Pour ingredients over ice in a shaker and add the juice from half a lemon. Shake, strain and serve in a martini glass.

Kentucky Peach (removed from menu, but still available by request)
With black cherry bourbon, peach schnapps and a bunch of sweet and sour, you know you're in for a sweet cocktail.

• 2 parts Red Stag Black Cherry Bourbon, 1 part peach schnapps. 2 parts Mr. & Mrs. T's sweet & sour, 2 parts Sprite. Serve over ice.

Tennessee Honey
A sweet twist on a bourbon cocktail with a tangy lemon flavored twist.

• 1 part Jack Daniel's Tennessee Honey, 1 part freshly squeezed lemon juice, 2 parts Sprite and a teaspoon of agave nectar.
  

Grand Smash
A mojito that substitutes smooth and heavily orange flavored Grand Marnier cognac for the rum.

• Place 5 to 6 fresh mint leaves and 3 lemon wedges in the bottom of the glass. You're not looking for a pulp, just to gently bruise the mint to let out some of the essential oils contained within. Black Cherry Twist
Black cherry bourbon and cranberry juice can surely get you doing the twist again.

• 1 part Red Stag Black Cherry bourbon, 1 part cranberry juice, 1 part Mr. & Mrs. T's sweet & sour, 1 part Sprite. Serve over ice.
  

Red Grape Sensation

Grape vodka with a pronounced floral note combines with tart cranberry juice for a refreshing and easy to drink cocktail.

• 1 part Rain Organics Red Grape Hibiscus vodka, 2 parts cranberry juice, 1 part soda water. Pour ingredients over ice and add a drizzle of agave nectar.

Pomegranate Splash
Citrus vodka and pomegranate liqueur provide the muscle in the crisp and light tasting cocktail.

Captain's Mai Tai
The original mai tai was created by Trader Vic and was purportedly named when he served his new rum creation to one of his Tahitian friends who, upon tasting it, exclaimed "Maita'i roa ae!" The Tahitian phrase literally translates to "Very good. The best!" but is more accurately translated as "Out of this World!" I guess that makes this one a very good captain. But, even if you think he's the worst captain of all time, you HAVE heard of him, haven't you?

• 2 parts Captain Morgan Original Spiced rum, 1 part Amaretto, 6 parts mai tai mix. Pour ingredients over ice and finish with a drizzle (floater) of Myers' Dark Rum.

Ultimate Long Island Iced Tea
Lots of people joke that ordering a Long Island Iced Tea is as much a cry for help as it is a drink order. No judgement from us though. In fact, we'll be the ones telling you it looks delicious and asking where you got it. This "Ultimate" version uses a tea flavored vodka and delicious Hendrick's cucumber flavored gin. If you can't find Teaka, Firefly or Jeremiah Weed are good alternatives.

• 1 part Bacardi Superior rum, 1 part Teaka Sweet Tea vodka, 1 part Hendrick's gin, 1 part Cointreau, 1 part Mr. & Mrs. T's sweet & sour, 1 part Coke. Pour ingredients over ice and serve.

Very Berry Punch

Wildberry vodka, sweet blackberry chambord and peach schnapps mixed with fruit juice gets you you one sweet drink. Perfect with lots of ice on a hot day.

• 2 parts Finlandia Wild Berries vodka, 1 part Chambord, 1 part peach schnapps, 3 parts orange juice, 3 parts pineapple juice. Pour ingredients over ice and add a drizzle of grenadine.

Bahama Mama
Transport yourself to the islands with this very traditional Bahamian cocktail.

• 1 part Parrot Bay Coconut rum, 1 part Myers's Original Dark rum, 1 part creme de banana, 3 parts orange juice, 3 parts pineapple juice. Pour ingredients over ice and add a drizzle of grenadine.
   

Banana Cabana
This drink seems to work equally well whether or not you're actually under a cabana while you drink it.

• 2 parts Cruzan Mango rum, 2 parts Cruzan Guava rum, 1 part creme de banana liqueur, 3 parts orange juice, 3 parts pineapple juice. Shake or stir, serve over ice and THEN add a drizzle of grenadine.
• This works great in a pitcher or a punch bowl - just do the grenadine after you pour the drink into a glass.

Captain's Rum Runner
And here we were thinking the captain WAS the rum runner...

• 1 part Captain Morgan Original Spiced rum, 1 part blackberry brandy, 1 part creme de banana, 3 parts orange juice, 3 parts pineapple juice. Pour ingredients over ice and add a drizzle of Myers's Dark rum (called a floater).

Pina CoLAVA
Who likes Pina Coladas? How about Pina CoLAVAs?! A bunch of you must because we're getting requests for the recipe. Because the actual drink uses a slushie machine and a drink mix this won't be 100% dead on . . . it'll be better.

Magical Star Cocktail
Somehow, it's not quite as magical at home. Maybe it needs these.

• 1 part X-Rated Fusion liqueur, 1 part Parrot Bay Coconut rum, 3 parts pineapple juice.

Blue Glow-tini
By making this delightful cocktail at home you'll save a few bucks by skipping the glow cube.

• 2 parts Skyy Infusions Citrus vodka, 1 part Bols Peach Schnapps, 1 part Bols Blue Curacao, 2 parts sweet & sour, 1 part pineapple juice

Godiva Chocolate Martini
Whoa...is that a drink where every ingredient is alcohol???...From Disney??? This has got to be good.

• 1 part Stoli Vanil vodka, 1 part Godiva Chocolate liqueur, 1 part white creme de cacao, 1 part Frangelico. Pour ingredients over ice in a shaker; shake and strain into a martini glass.
  

Pineapple Upside-Down Martini

Delicious pineapple cake in a glass. Need we say more?

• 2 parts SKYY Infusions pineapple vodka, 1 part Frangelico, 4 parts pina colada mix (3 parts pineapple juice/2 part Coco Lopez - blended in a blender together before being added to this drink). Pour into a shaker over ice and add the juice from half a lemon (no seeds please); shake and strain into a martini glass. (Why didn't they float a cherry in this thing?)

Key Lime Coconut Martini
Key lime pie in a glass. Just like the last one, who needs more explanation?

• 1 part Midori Melon liqueur, 1 part Stoli Vanil vodka, 3 parts pina colada mix (3 parts pineapple juice/2 parts Coco Lopez - blended in a blender together before being added to this drink). 1 part pineapple juice. Pour into a shaker over ice and add the juice from half a lemon (no seeds please); shake and strain into a martini glass that has been rimmed with crushed graham crackers.

Southern Sunrise
Smooth, creamy and ultra orange-ie; this frozen deliciousness will surely impress everyone. But, don't bother trying it without the correct ingredients. Unfortunately, the smoothie mix is tough to find too.

• Blend 1 part Southern Comfort and 3 parts Minute Maid Orange Smoothie Mix with ice. Drizzle the Passion Fruit Syrup up and down the inside of the empty glass that you're going to serve your drink in while you're blending. Once the blending is complete, pour into your prepared glass and serve. The Minute Maid smoothie mix is sold by Coca-cola as a product for restaraunts and is hard to find in stores. A good substitution is the Concord Orange Smoothie Mix which is easy to find in most grocery stores. If using this mix, substitute 1 part Tangerine Vodka and 3 parts orange juice for the liquid in the mix's recipe.

Tangerine Dream
A delicious, sweet, orange smoothie with smooth tangerine flavored vodka. This one goes down easy.

• 1 part Coruba Coconut rum, 1 part VeeV, 5 parts pineapple juice. Pour ingredients over ice and drizzle grenadine to finish.

While there's not a bit of actual lime in this limeade, you will find Midori, which is a bright green Mexican liqueur with a pronounced sweet honeydew melon flavor. Its addition to nearly any tropical drink makes it tasty, sweet, and frankly, a little special. Note to the bartenders, don't go cheap on this and try to substitute an alternative to Midori. It won't be the same.

• 1 part Skyy Infusions Pineapple vodka, 1 part Midori Melon liqueur, 4 parts Minute Maid Simply Lemonade. Pour ingredients over ice and serve.

Banana Cabana
This drink seems to work equally well whether or not you're actually under a cabana while you drink it.

Poolside Plunge
Bright pink, fizzy, and tart!

• 1 part Bacardi O rum, 1 part Bacardi Razz rum, 3 parts Mr. & Mrs. T's sweet & sour, 1 part Sprite. Pour ingredients over ice and drizzle a good amount of grenadine over the top to make it bright pink just like it is by the pool at (insert favorite Disney Pool Bar here).

Blackberry Peach Lemonade
Smooth, sweet, ice cold and refreshing on a hot day.

• 1 part Firefly Peach Tea vodka, 2 parts Minute Maid lemonade, 1 part soda water. Pour ingredients over ice and add a good drizzle of Monin Blackberry syrup. As with the other Monin products that Disney uses, the blackberry syrup will be tough to find. The easiest substitution to find is blackberry schnapps. Of course, a drizzle of schnapps will add a small amount of alcohol to the drink that isn't in the original.
