Place 5 to 6 fresh mint leaves in the bottom of the glass, add a good drizzle of agave nectar and gently muddle for a few seconds. You're not looking for a pulp, just to gently bruise the mint to let out some of the essential oils contained within. If you don't have a muddling stick, crush the leaves tightly in your hand and tear each leaf into about 4 pieces for a similar effect. Add ice and then pour in; 1 part Cruzan Mango rum, 2 parts pineapple juice, 1 part soda water (don't substitute sprite for this one or it'll be too sweet.) This drink works well in a small pitcher.
