African Margarita

Cocktail Description
Sauza Gold Tequila, Van der Hum Tangerine liqueur from South Africa, sweet & sour and lime juice.

Review 1/2011
The African Margarita is one of the best margaritas on Disney property. The tangerine liqueur gives it a unique flavor profile with the slightly sweet tangerine mixing with the tart lime juice and sweet & sour. Not your everyday margarita. If you think regular margaritas are too sour, you'd like this one. You know how some drinks just taste expensively delicious at first sip? Yup, this is one of them. A drink worthy of the $8 price tag, and there aren't many

African Starr Mojito

Cocktail Description
Starr African Rum, Van der Hum Tangerine Liqueur from South Africa, fresh Mint, and Lime.

Review 6/2012
The African Starr Mojito is a fresh take on your typical mojito. Made with special African liquors and fresh mint, this is your regular mojito kicked up a notch. Refreshing, crisp and just the right amount of mint make this one classy cocktail to enjoy slowly with your decadent appetizers

Americano

Cocktail Description
Campari, sweet vermouth, club soda with an orange twist.

Review 5/2015
A very bitter, sharp drink thanks to the Campari, but with a crisp citrusy orange spark at the end. Not a drink for every palette, but if you enjoy a drier, bitter liquor, give this a try

Antioxidant Cocktail

Cocktail Description
Finlandia Wild Berries vodka, Absolut Berri Acai vodka, pomegranate, lychee and freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Review 12/2011
After realizing that it's been awhile since we've truly enjoyed the ambiance of a fake fireplace, we stopped by the Ale & Compass lounge after a trip to the much nicer Crew's Cup. The Antioxidant is crisp and refreshing. The sweet berry vodka and muddled pomegranate and lychee fruit balance nicely with plenty of tart lemon juice - which is actually a fairly unusual ingredient in a cocktail, lime? Sure; but lemon? It's just strange enough that it works. Fresh, pulpy and as invigorating as an alcoholic drink can be. We're not sure this cured any ails . . . wait . . . come to think of it . . . I feel fine . . . maybe this is what did it? I'm officially suggesting 1 a day to keep the doctor away.

Avocado Margarita

Cocktail Description
Exotico 100% agave premium silver Tequila, melon liquor and fresh avocado mixed with fresh lime juice and agave nectar syrup, served frozen with a hibiscus Himalayan salt rim.

Review
Looking for another crisp, cool and refreshing margarita? Order up the Avocado Margarita for a unique treat. The fresh, creamy flavor of the avocado blends perfectly with lime juice and melon liqueur. It's easy to see, err taste, why this is one of the fan favorites here. If some of the other flavors here look like a bit much to your tastebuds, this is one of the more tame varieties

Backscratcher

Cocktail Description
Bacardi Superior rum, Myers's Original Dark rum, and passion fruit juice topped with Jack Daniel's and a bamboo backscratcher.

Review 6/2012
It's nice when there's a stand out winner, especially when it's on a menu packed with good stuff to begin with. This tropical vacation in a glass utilizes the caramel flavors of dark rum, sweet passion fruit juice and a splash of Jack Daniel's Bourbon floating on top to make a really unique beverage that's worth the trip to this resort alone (who needs Space Mountain!?) By the way, no discounts if you go sans backscratcher . . . but why would you do something silly like that? Great, now my back's itchy. Anyone got a backscratcher?

Banana Cabana

Cocktail Description
Cruzan Mango rum, Coruba Coconut rum, Creme de Banana, orange and pineapple juices with a float of grenadine.

Review 11/2012
Now this is what people think of when they want a tropical drink. The Banana Cabana is sweet with a pronounced banana flavor (which is good, since that's its name) with hints of coconut and mango and a pineapple juice punch. One of the easiest, most tasty and refreshing drinks on Disney's menu, so it's very easy to throw back a few of them (that is until you see the price). If you like tropical drinks we highly recommend this one. It doesn't have an overpowering alcohol taste either, so it's also good for light drinkers.

Ever order a Yellow Bird? This is basically the same cocktail with a different name.

Blackberry Peach Lemonade

Cocktail Description
Firefly Peach Tea vodka, Monin Blackberry, Minute Maid lemonade and soda water.

Review 7/2011
This is a delightful combination of peach tea vodka and lemonade with a sour flavorful punch of blackberry. Different layers of flavor here means one satisfying drink when you crave something a little more unique

Blood Orange Margarita

Cocktail Description
Exotico 100% agave premium silver tequila, orange liqueur and sweet-tart mix of blood orange, topped with wild berry foam, served on the rocks with a Tajin chili powder rim.

Review
The Blood Orange Margarita sports an intense flavor, and not in a good way. Very sweet, syrupy and tangy. The frothy foam topping doesn't add anything to the drink flavor-wise, it just gets in the way of taking a sip. Not the worst we've had, but there are better options here

BoardWalk Frozen Margarita

Cocktail Description
Cherry vodka, Watermelon Pucker, coconut rum, blue curacao, pomegranate syrup.

Review 3/2012
Cherry vodka, Watermelon Pucker, coconut rum, blue curacao and pomegranate syrup. Hmmm, could this be like a bomb pop in a glass?! Nope, it couldn't.

There's nothing here but your typical sour blue raspberry slush, albeit so thick you could make a snow ball out of it, floating on top of some extremely sweet red syrup that again, absolutely refuses to mix with the slush. This place is 2 for 2 for worst margaritas ever - see the Caramel Apple Frozen Margarita review.
