~~PTTP's Comments~~ Downtown Disney admission and parking are free, but parking will fill up fast. This is a popular event and gets very busy. If you plan on attending, arrive early to get a decent parking spot. If you don't plan on attending, avoid driving on this section of Hotel Plaza Blvd. - traffic gets very backed up.
