You'll find the new bar at AMC off to the left in the main lobby of the theater. Daily drink specials and some nice lounge furniture make this a good place to get in the right mindset before your movie.

Atmosphere: Well, you're in the lobby of a movie theater so enjoy the boisterous atmosphere of the excited movie-goers getting their popcorn & candy. The bar has a flat screen tv set to ESPN (it's Disney afterall) and 6 chairs. Off to the side you'll find a couple cushioned chairs and tables with another tv. A perfect place for early arrivers to wait for their movie with a cocktail. 

Review: We arrived about 45 min. before our movie and snagged 2 seats at the bar. After a quick read of the menu board, we chose a Hurricane and the Carbbean Cooler for our first round. Fully expecting the typical "Disney pour", we were surprised that these proved us wrong. The specialty drink prices differ, but average around $8. These were well worth their value. But, here's the insider's secret - there are a few drinks you can order in 20oz. cups for that same $8 price! Ask the bartender for specific beverage choices but we're sure there's a 20oz Long Island Iced Tea. This makes for one of the best deals in any park in Orlando. Who would've thought a movie theater would have nicely poured & priced cocktails? Not us! Be sure to notice the great deals for beer too - $8 for 32oz. of Blue Moon? Nice!

We're aware there are several more locations at Downtown Disney that haven't been mentioned yet. Seriously, be patient, we're getting there . . . sheesh!

But, it is worth mentioning, Pleasure Island is gone. There is not one club left, sadly, including the Adventurer's Club.

Fulton's Crab House

Margarita Stand

You can get a pretty good margarita or other tropical drink from this full-service bar while shopping at Downtown Disney on the Marketplace side. Located just down the steps toward the marina you'll find this little out of the way stand.

Specialty Drinks:
Patron Anejo Margarita - Enjoy our top shelf margarita featuring Patron Anejo tequila, Cointreau and a splash of Grand Marnier.

Golden Margarita - Herradura Reposado tequila, Cointreau, sweet & sour and orange juice.

1800 Margarita - 1800 Reposado tequila, Cointreau and a splash of Grand Marnier.

Habanero Lime Margarita - Patron Silver tequila, sweet & sour, habanero lime syrup and lime juice.

Marina Margarita - Sauza Gold tequila with a splash of Grand Marnier.

Rum Runner - Bacardi Superior rum, Blackberry brandy, banana liqueur and a float of Bacardi 151.

Frozen Drinks:
Strawberry Margarita - with 1800 Reposado tequila.

Food: None

Atmosphere: Walk up counter-service, but there are some nice patio tables nearby that overlook the lake and the marina. Not a bad spot to take a break from shopping and enjoy a cool beverage.

Review: They pour a pretty mean Rum Runner here. It was $9, and the bartender said that the higher up on the drink sign, the more expensive they get.

Portobello
