Strawberry Balsamic Martini

Ingredients:
2 parts Belvedere vodka
1 part simple syrup
2 parts strawberry puree
1/2 part fresh lime juice
1/2 part aged balsamic vinegar
Sliced strawberry, for garnish

Directions:
1. Pour Belvedere, simple syrup, lime juice, strawberry puree, and balsamic vinegar into shaker; fill with ice and vigorously shake for 30 seconds.
2. Strain into chilled martini glass and float strawberry slices on top.

Singapore Sling
Singapore - 2012 • Recipe provided by Disney 

Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces Hendrick's Gin
1 ounce cherry brandy
1 ounce pineapple juice
1 teaspoon grenadine
Splash of club soda
1 maraschino cherry, for garnish

Directions:
1. Pour Hendrick's, cherry brandy, pineapple juice and grenadine into shaker; fill with ice and vigorously shake for 30 seconds.
2. Pour into a tall glass and top with club soda; garnish with maraschino cherry.
