Lichiko Shochu Cocktails
Shochu is a traditional Japanese spirit that is similar to vodka. Shochu can be distilled from a variety of starchy ingredients, rice is unsurprisingly a popular choice but is not necessarily mandatory as potatoes, or wheat are also common. The biggest difference you'll find is that Shochu has a much lower alcohol content than vodka, typically 25% (by volume) vs. 40% with most vodkas. This lower alcohol content makes Shochu a lower Calorie option and also means it has a smoother taste on the palette.
