Review 
We tried the Apfelkorn Schnapps on a recent visit. This is nothing like those neon-green, sickeningly sweet apple schnapps of your college years (I'm looking at you DeKuyper), this one was like having a lightly sweet and crisp alcoholic apple cider. Though served in a tacky neon-blue shot glass, it's strong apple flavor with just enough tartness gives it a depth of flavor. As the season changes with thoughts of pumpkin pie and turkey ahead, this is like fall in a glass. I can only imagine it making a great warm drink to cuddle up with for the cold winter months.
